Committee on the Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and the Disabled recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Compulsory State Pension Insurance" (re the Length of Insurance Service)

The Bill (Reg.№4694) envisages the regulation of the issue re the pension service length including to the insurance experience of the gestation period and accouchement aids. It is envisaged the extraction of the period that is concerned as the salary and pension calculation, periods with the lessened rate of the income.

The members of the Committee uphold the legislative initiative aimed at the improvement of the pension system of laws. At the same time according to the People´s Deputies, the bill needs considerable elaboration.
